Hameedullah Jan Afridi worked for nine years with Oil Marketing Company as Executive officer. During those nine years, he stayed in different areas of Pakistan. His affiliation with social work has been significant. He worked with National Rural Support Program (NRSP) for social mobilization, poverty alleviation through community participation in rural areas of Pakistan. He established FATA Rural Support Program (FRSP) on the pattern of NRSP to pave the way for people of FATA towards a better living. Hameedullah Jan Afridi's contribution toward health and education has been remarkable.
